On This Day in Leadership History, August 12th

On this day in leadership history in 1937, Red Skelton appeared on network radio for the first time on the “Rudy Vallee Show” on NBC. Beloved my millions of people, he is still regarded as a mega-talent in the entertain industry.

What’s the leadership lesson? Leadership influence can be narrowly defined as “persuasive power”, but honorable leadership is broader in its humble authenticity in building relationships while getting results (with some fun and humor in the mix!). Choose honorable leadership!
