What a great time with friend and colleague, Jack Briggs, Maj Gen (Ret), EdD, and this special group of leaders as we discussed the “soft skills” of leadership—honor, resilience, courage, accountability, and working in community.
We expounded on these principles and more from my book, ‘Leading with Honor: Leadership Lessons from the Hanoi Hilton’, and how these principles can be applied today with leaders from all generations.
